We strongly recommend flying in on April 4 to give yourself a full buffer day. Delayed or cancelled flights have stranded attendees at prior cruise events — the ship sails on its scheduled departure time and will not hold for late arrivals. Any costs to rebook flights, find alternate transport, or catch the ship at the next port are the traveler's responsibility.
