Flights & pre-cruise lodging.

Fly into Orlando International (MCO) or Melbourne Orlando (MLB). We've blocked pre-cruise lodging at three nearby hotels so you can skip the logistics headache.

Recommended Flights

Arrive by April 5 at 11:00 AM at the latest. We strongly recommend flying in April 4 to avoid day-of delays.

  • Primary: Orlando Intl. (MCO)
  • Alternate: Melbourne Orlando (MLB)
  • Return flights after 1:00 PM on April 9

Pre-Cruise Hotel Block

Room blocks have been secured at three Hilton-family properties near Port Canaveral for attendees arriving April 4. Reserve directly using the links below — rates are held until the cutoff date in your registration packet.

Day 5 · Fri · April 9, 2027 — Return to Port Canaveral · Disembark 7:30–8:00 AM ET
!

Arrive the day before. The ship won't wait.

We strongly recommend flying in on April 4 to give yourself a full buffer day. Delayed or cancelled flights have stranded attendees at prior cruise events — the ship sails on its scheduled departure time and will not hold for late arrivals. Any costs to rebook flights, find alternate transport, or catch the ship at the next port are the traveler's responsibility.

Travel documents & entry requirements.

The Bahamas are a closed-loop U.S. cruise destination, so requirements are simpler than most international travel — but don't skip this section.

U.S. Citizens

For closed-loop cruises from U.S. ports, you may sail with any of the following:

  • Valid U.S. Passport (recommended)
  • Birth certificate + gov't photo ID
  • Passport Card (not valid for flights)

International Attendees

Non-U.S. passport holders must bring:

  • Passport valid 6+ months past Apr 9, 2027
  • Valid U.S. visa or ESTA approval
  • Bahamas entry requirements per your nationality

Health & Insurance

No vaccinations are currently required. Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended.

  • Royal Caribbean travel protection available
  • Medical center staffed 24/7 onboard
  • Bring any Rx in original containers

For the latest official guidance — go straight to the source.

The information above is current to the best of our knowledge, but documentation rules can change. Always confirm requirements directly with Royal Caribbean before you finalize travel — especially if you are flying internationally or holding a non-U.S. passport.
