Is this a vacation or a real conference? How is it different? Who should attend? Everything prospective attendees want to know — before they reserve their cabin.
The fast facts before you dig into the rest. Everything is contained in a single voyage — no venue-hopping, no fragmented schedules.
This is a professional conference for Maximo and TRIRIGA practitioners. The program is structured to promote learning, collaboration, and practical problem-solving — not passive participation.
Actually, the opposite is true. At MAXCON™, everything is contained in one environment and one shared experience.
There's no commuting — but more importantly, no fragmented schedules, no competing agendas, and no easy pull back into day-to-day work.
You're with the same group, in the same place, all week. That's what creates focus — and why conversations don't stop when sessions end. They continue, deepen, and turn into real problem-solving and relationship building.
Typical industry conferences feel like trade shows. MAXCON™ feels like a working session with the people you actually want in the room.
4 days together creates relationships that outlast any ballroom event.
Zero booth noise. More time to actually talk to practitioners and decision-makers.
Taught by the people who actually run Maximo and TRIRIGA in production — not vendor marketing.
Real labs with real environments you can work in during and after the event.
Built-in application time — not just lectures then a flight home.
We have capacity for up to 300 seats, and that's the ceiling by design.
Smaller groups foster better outcomes. Limiting attendance ensures meaningful interaction, deeper discussions, and direct access to experienced practitioners — the kind of access that's impossible at a 5,000-person vendor expo.
Once the 300 seats are gone, they're gone. No overflow rooms.
Sessions are led by Maximo & TRIRIGA practitioners and focus on proven implementation strategies, optimization techniques, product development, and practical solutions you can apply immediately.

No. Mornings are dedicated to workshops onboard, followed by optional time ashore to continue conversations in a more relaxed setting.
Evenings bring everyone back together for MAXCON™ networking and activities — creating a balanced, highly engaging experience.
Yes. One companion can be added at a reduced rate. Your companion gets the cabin share, all meals, beverages, and entertainment — so they can relax while you're in sessions.
Companion passes do not include sessions, labs, or the certification workshop. Add during registration or email us to upgrade later.
Flight delays and cancellations happen. We strongly recommend arriving the day before to avoid missing the ship and your conference. Costs and alternate transport are the traveler's responsibility.
Yes — VOOM Surf + Stream Wi-Fi for one device is included with your registration. Royal Caribbean’s Starlink-powered network now runs across the entire fleet at 80+ Mbps on comparable Oasis-class ships — fast enough for Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls, VPN sessions, and accessing your Maximo lab environment during workshops. The signal runs ship-wide: cabin, session rooms, and deck.
At ports of call, standard cell service is available. Nassau (NAS) on Day 2 is a major international airport with direct U.S. flights, useful in the rare case someone needs to step away on a tight schedule. One tip: keep your phone in airplane mode while onboard and connect to VOOM to avoid surprise carrier roaming fees.
Practically: tell your team you’ll be reachable during normal business hours. The cruise format eliminates the morning shuttle commute and scattered-hotel timing that fragments land-based conferences, so most attendees find they have more clean response time at sea, not less.
This conference is ideal for those working with Maximo or TRIRIGA who seek in-depth, practical content — whether you're the admin running it or the leader funding it.
