Programming

MAXCON's programming is practitioner-led — sessions delivered by the people who run Maximo and TRIRIGA in production every day. Hands-on workshops run 60–120 minutes; standard conference sessions are 30–45. The headliner is a full-day, IBM-aligned certification workshop included with every registration.

Conference Spaces

Purpose-built venues. Not a rented ballroom.

MAXCON turns three of Utopia of the Seas’ signature spaces into a dedicated conference environment for four days. Every stage, every screen, every seat is set up for the program.

Main Stage

Royal Theater

Keynotes, headline sessions, and the certification workshop. Broadway-sized stage, tiered theater seating, professional lighting, and full-house AV — every attendee gets a clear sightline and a proper listening room.

Training & Community

Solarium

Adults-only conservatory space transformed into a bright, quiet training environment for hands-on labs, breakout sessions, and roundtables. Natural light, ocean views, and room to spread out between working sessions.

Farewell Session & Cocktail Hour

Studio B

Royal Caribbean’s iconic ice rink, reconfigured as a conference venue. A large center-stage LED and overhead monitors close out MAXCON with the Farewell Session — the last impression attendees take home.

Between sessions, the rest of the ship is yours — dining rooms, deck chairs, and ports of call, whatever helps you reset before the next block.

The Voyage

4 days, 3 ports. One focused community.

Same session hours as any onshore conference. The break time built into every day — for email, meetings, lunch, or your room — works ashore too.
